I did pretty well with I's pregnancy in terms of weight gain. It made it really nice when most of the weight fell off those first few weeks. The last few weeks, however, I've been stuck at 6lbs above my pre-pregnancy weight.
So, this past week I started keeping track of everything I ate. In fact, I was semi-limiting myself. (not full scale into my weight watchers points yet, but I was definitely scaling back.)
So, how much weight did I lose?
nothing.
nada.
zero.
zilch.
Want to know the worst part? When I was eating whatever I wanted, I didn't gain any either. Maybe I should just stick to that plan!

ugh. I'm stuck at 5lbs above pp weight. Gah! My inches are shrinking but I think they would have to after having a baby...
SO frustrating!
I, for one, am still carrying at least 15 extra pounds from my August baby, without apology. I consider it an extra layer to keep me warm through this cold Michigan winter. =)
Seriously, 6 pounds is practically 5 pounds, which is practically no pounds. I'd say you're doing all right. And you're nursing, right? He may live outside of you now, but your body is still working hard to grow your baby. So give her a break. =)

Hi! I'm new here and have a 3.5 month old baby girl. I'm struggling with weight problems too. I'm just so tired and hungry so eating easy is what I end up doing. And that is not always healthy.
